A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Will it look exactly like the original email?
Emails use a clean text layout. Extracted PDF and image attachments appear on the following pages, including images attached inline. Remote images are not downloaded. Original files are also kept in the optional backup ZIP.
What happens to attachments?
Ordinary PDFs and single-frame PNG, JPEG, WebP, BMP, GIF and TIFF images are placed directly after their email. Other formats, damaged or password-protected PDFs, and PDFs with forms or annotations are clearly flagged; checkout stays unavailable if an attachment cannot be included. Word and Excel conversion is not supported yet. The backup ZIP preserves original bytes. Originals are not virus-scanned.
Can I upload PST, OST, or a whole mailbox?
Not in this version. Upload individual EML or MSG files: up to 50 files, 5 MB each, and 25 MB total. Encrypted messages and non-email Outlook items are not supported. Very large bodies or batches exceeding the page limit are rejected before checkout.
Are the files sent to an AI service?
No. The converter parses your email files and builds the PDF without any AI service. Files are processed on our servers in the United States, stored privately, and deleted automatically: 24 hours after upload if you don't buy, 7 days after purchase. You can delete them sooner at any time. See the privacy policy.
What if something goes wrong?
If your PDF can't be delivered or something in it is wrong, reply to your receipt email. We fix it or refund you in full. See the refund policy.
Is this a certified legal or compliance archive?
No. It is a convenience tool for readable records and handovers. It does not authenticate emails, verify signatures, or provide a certified chain of custody. Keep the original source records when those requirements matter.
