Privacy policy

Mailfolio is operated by Nebula Ventures LLC ("Nebula", "we", "us"). This page explains what we collect when you use mailfolio.nebulaventures.com, why, and who sees it.

Your email files

You upload EML or MSG files so we can assemble them into one PDF. Those files, the assembled PDF, the preview and the originals ZIP are stored privately on our servers and are only reachable from the browser that uploaded them or through the download link we email you after purchase. We do not open, read or review your correspondence, and we never send it to an AI service. The conversion is automated software.

Files are deleted automatically: 24 hours after upload if you don't buy, and 7 days after purchase. You can delete a batch yourself at any time from the page. Routine backups of our systems may keep copies for up to 30 days after that.

What else we collect

• If you buy, Stripe collects your card details and email address. We never see your card number. We keep your email address with the order so we can send the download link and handle refunds.
• Basic technical data: pages visited, device type, approximate location from your IP address, and the ad or link that brought you here. This comes from cookies and similar tools used for ad measurement. We also record anonymous events such as "upload started" or "preview opened", never file names, subjects, senders or content.

How we use it

• To build and deliver your document and to send you the download link.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To measure which ads and pages work, and to improve the service.
• To prevent abuse and comply with the law.

We don't sell your information and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who we share it with

Service providers who run the site for us, processing data on our behalf: hosting (Vercel, USA), database and private file storage (Supabase, USA), email delivery (Postmark, USA), payments (Stripe) and Google, for ad measurement. Anyone the law requires us to.

Cookies and advertising

A cookie ties your browser to the batch you uploaded, so nobody else can open it. We use Google Ads cookies to measure whether our ads lead to purchases. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Your choices

Delete a batch from the page at any time. Email us to see, correct or delete other information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state law; we'll honor them.
