Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Mailfolio at mailfolio.nebulaventures.com, a service of Nebula Ventures LLC ("Nebula", "we", "us"). By uploading files or buying a document you agree to them.

What Mailfolio does

Mailfolio assembles the EML and MSG email files you upload, together with their PDF and image attachments, into one PDF with a chronological index, bookmarks and page numbers. You can preview the index, an email and an attachment before paying. The service is automated; no person reviews your files.

What it does not do

Mailfolio is a convenience tool for readable records and handovers. It does not authenticate emails, verify signatures, OCR scanned pages, or provide a certified chain of custody, and it is not legal, compliance or e-discovery advice. Keep your original source records where those things matter. Attachment types other than ordinary PDFs and common images, encrypted or damaged files, and mailbox exports (PST, OST, MBOX) are outside the service and are flagged rather than silently dropped.

Your files

You confirm you have the right to upload the files you submit. You keep all rights to them; we only process them to deliver your document. Files are deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy (24 hours after upload if unpaid, 7 days after purchase). Download your document within that time.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the page before checkout: USD 49, one time, for a batch of up to 50 emails within the stated size limits. Payment is taken by Stripe. Prices may change for future batches; you always see the price before you pay.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: if we cannot deliver your document, or it is materially wrong, we fix it or refund you in full.

Acceptable use

Don't upload files you have no right to use, malware, or anything unlawful. Don't try to access other people's batches or interfere with the service. We may refuse or limit batches to protect the service.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a batch is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data you have not kept a copy of.
