Refund policy

Mailfolio is a one-time purchase of an assembled PDF. You can check a real preview of the index, an email and an attachment before paying, and checkout only opens when every attachment in the batch could be included.

Full refund, no argument

• Your download didn't work or the file was missing when you came back within the 7-day window.
• The document is materially wrong: emails out of order, attachments missing or attached to the wrong email, unreadable pages.
• You were charged twice for the same batch.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or write to mailfolio@nebulaventures.com with the email address you paid with, within 14 days of purchase. We answer within one business day and refund to the original card. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

What we can't refund

Changes of mind after a successful download, and limitations that were shown before checkout (for example that image and scanned pages are not OCR-searchable, or that email layout is simplified). If you're not sure, ask; we'd rather sort it out than argue.
